Building Management Systems Sales Representative - NYC

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year and an
additional uncapped commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-
General related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a

What will you do?

As a Building Management System (BMS) Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of BMS services by leveraging your expertise in building automation and control systems. Your role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored BMS service solutions.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for BMS services, understanding customer requirements, and presenting compelling service proposals. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed BMS services align with customer needs and technical capabilities.

In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted advisor on BMS service offerings. Your role also involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • This position reports to the Service Sales Manager for NYC and NJ.
