What You'll Do:
Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto casualty claims for personal, commercial, and farm policies.
Conduct high-quality recorded statements and identify potentially fraudulent claims.
Read and interpret contracts to set case reserves accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain strong communication with policyholders, claimants, and agents via phone, email, and in person.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver fair and efficient claim resolutions.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of auto claims experience (preferred).
Experience handling bodily injury and property damage claims (preferred).
Knowledge of IN, IL, and/or OH jurisdictions (preferred).
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid claims and auto body estimating is a plus.
Ability to manage complex claim investigations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Bilingual skills are a plus!

Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
