Clinical Nurse Educator

Shifts:

1. Full-time Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies.
2. Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training initiatives.
3. Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and in-service education to improve staff performance.
4. Provide orientation programs for new nursing staff and ongoing mentorship to support their professional growth.
5. Ensure compliance with continuing education and certification requirements for all nursing personnel.
6. Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote clinical excellence.
7. Implement and oversee infection prevention and control policies to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
8. Monitor and report infection control data, compliance with protocols, and performance improvement measures .

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) – Active and unencumbered license required
2. BSN required; MSN preferred
3. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a training or educator role
4. Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory requirements, and infection control procedures
5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
6. Passion for mentorship, staff development, and continuous quality improvement
