Clinical Trial Portfolio Specialist (CTPS)
12 + month contract 

Hybrid role must be on site 50% of the month, no exceptions, strictly enforced

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or related field.
• Candidates with extensive clinical research experience and demonstrated competencies may be considered in the absence of above educational requirement.
• Extensive working experience in cross functional project work.

Demonstrates leadership behaviors of supporting, connecting and enable teams, demonstrating innovative thinking to country feasibility and strategic engagement.

Embraces cross functional initiatives, applying innovative learnings. Is results-oriented with a global mindset using analytical thinking to provide risk-balanced solutions.
o Project Management: Support development of plans, priorities, actions, makes effective use of resources, proactively strives for clarity to accomplish the business deliverables
o Stakeholder management: Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders internally and externally, engaging with them in a planned and meaningful way to collect insights, and support the company’s strategic objectives and maximize the deliverables.
