Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator/Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience in estimating and project management. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create project plans and timelines
• Oversee the construction process, including budget management, quality control, and safety checks
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in estimating and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Procore software is a plus
