This role is pivotal in overseeing construction and data operations across North America and internationally, ensuring the performance and availability of mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities of the Construction site manager – Data Center:

• Supervise on-site construction and data center operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and storage systems
• Monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and power to safeguard equipment and ensure uptime
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and IT teams to guarantee seamless project delivery
• Provide technical support and manage infrastructure for internal and external clients
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA/ASP construction safety regulations
• Report on project progress, operational performance, and identify potential risks
• Travel frequently to data center sites in North America, Europe, and Israel
• Lead, train, and mentor on-site teams to execute tasks efficiently and safely
• Plan and allocate both human and material resources for successful project execution
• Promote a collaborative team culture focused on motivation, engagement, and excellence
• Resolve conflicts on-site and foster a positive, productive working environment

Qualifications for the Construction site manager – Data Center position:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or construction site supervision
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems related to data centers
• Experience managing cooling systems, power distribution, and redundancy strategies
• Knowledge of networking, server installations, and storage systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IEEE, CBC, RBQ, and OSHA/ASP safety standards
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to international project sites
