About the Role
Are you fluent in Polish and English with a passion for social media We are seeking a meticulous Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role you will help ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating usergenerated content for a 24/7 project working shifts to keep the platform safe around the clock.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
• Resolve reported content issues quickly and effectively maintaining a positive user experience.
• Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.

What Were Looking For :

• Language Skills : Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content with professionalism.
• Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related field is an advantage but not required.
