What We're Looking For - A dynamic thinker with experience in content creation, digital marketing, and AI-powered tools.
- Proven expertise in crafting compelling written content, editing, and creating digital graphics using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to craft video content that tells a story and drives results is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SEO, keyword research, and understanding of analytics to measure content effectiveness.
- A passion for social good and an eagerness to contribute to the growth of our community.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and content strategies, including AI, video production, and graphic design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools.
- Comfort with working independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
Essential Functions WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Design Compelling Graphics: Create visually engaging graphics that align with our brand identity and captivate our audience across all digital platforms.
- Develop Content Strategies: Craft content strategies that convert! From writing compelling copy to designing high impact visuals, you’ll optimize every piece for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate on Creative Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that elevate the YMCA brand and communicate our mission clearly.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends and AI advancements, ensuring we’re always using the latest best practices to enhance our visual storytelling

- CPR and First Aid or within 30 days of hire
