Commercial Litigation Attorney

Our client is a prestigious law firm focused on criminal law, known for providing exceptional legal representation to clients throughout California. The firm is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Criminal Law Attorney to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of complex criminal law matters independently.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and contracts.
Conducted depositions, mediations, and hearings, and represented clients in trials and arbitration.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and case plans.
Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the overall case strategy.

Qualifications:

3-10 years of commercial litigation experience preferred.
Must be bar licensed in CA and in good standing.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to handle complex matters.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
