What Does a Marketing Engineer Do?

As a Marketing Engineer, you will serve as a Marketing Manager with enhanced direct marketing tools and sales pipeline visibility. Your mission is to help businesses achieve their sales targets each month by:

Monitoring performance metrics
Identifying missed opportunities
Making actionable recommendations to drive lead generation and growth

What Qualifications Are Needed?

To thrive in this role, you should have:

3-5 years of digital marketing experience
CRM experience (preferred)
Additional sales experience (a plus)
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
A solid understanding of sales, marketing, CRM, and sales pipeline management
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business owners

Compensation and Benefits:
