Key Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to shape our digital marketing strategies and lead efforts in the following areas:
Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
B2B Marketing: Craft and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage healthcare organizations, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Manage multi-channel digital campaigns to attract and recruit top physicians, optimizing efforts across email, social media, SEO, PPC, and more.
Social Media Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential recruits across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content, from branding materials and blog posts to social media graphics and internal communications.
Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continually refine and improve strategies.
Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate marketing processes to increase effectiveness, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Proficient with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management abilities, with the skill to juggle multiple projects.
Creative, data-driven mindset, with a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
