Job Description

Position Summary: The eCommerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce platform to ensure accurate, appealing, and up-to-date product listings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for eCommerce and a deep understanding of online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the furniture industry or a related field and a proven track record of improving online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Management:

    • Create, update, and maintain product listings on our eCommerce platform.
    • Ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  • Content Enhancement:

    • Develop compelling product descriptions, features, and benefits to attract and engage customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and persuasive branding and messaging across all listings.
  • Platform Optimization:

    • Analyze and implement strategies to improve product visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.
    • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize sales.
  • Data Analysis:

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on eCommerce performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Customer Experience:

    • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by maintaining an easy-to-navigate, user-friendly online store.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to online orders promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and IT teams to align eCommerce activities with overall business goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our eCommerce platform at the forefront of the market.
