Join Our Team as an Entry Level Events Assistant Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and organization of various events
Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary supplies and services
Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site
Manage attendee registration and provide excellent customer service
Maintain event documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete
Contribute to marketing efforts to promote events and increase attendance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and positive attitude toward teamwork
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
