What You'll Do:

• Source and engage with top professional talent across the U.S.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Develop and nurture solid business relationships with client companies and talent
• Operate autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, experienced team

• Self-starters with an entrepreneurial drive
• Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
• A track record of success in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales, customer service (or similar consultative roles)
