Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Driver for our client in Wayne, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 1AM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18.50 / hour 

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to safely operate material handling equipment for the efficient movement, loading, and unloading of goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is properly handled, stored, and accounted for.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
• Ensure products are transported safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, such as picking, packing, or organizing inventory. 

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
• Valid forklift certification with experience operating in a warehouse setting
• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport merchandise
• Familiarity with daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance issues
• Must be able to follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Willingness to assist with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory
