Gotham Gym is a high-profile gym seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Sunset Harbor , Miami South Beach location. We are looking for a friendly, professional,  detail-oriented person to join our community.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Manage and charge appointments and transactions
• Answer phones and relay appropriate messages
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the immediate Front Desk area
• Fold towels, wraps and boxing gloves management and organization
• Assist with set up and break down of group fitness classes
• Properly clock in/out
• Work quick, be efficient and complete daily checklists as well as handle immediate tasks that may arise
• Be on time and reliable
