The Front-End Developer/Drupal Themer is the project's subject matter expert in front-end development, design, Drupal themes, HTML, CSS, JS, user experience, and accessibility. This role involves providing development and design solutions on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and modifying custom Drupal themes (including template files, stylesheets, and preprocessor functions).
- Translating wireframes or design comps into Drupal layouts and content structures.
- Implementing responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ensuring website accessibility.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5+ years of front-end website development experience.
- 2+ years of theming experience for Drupal 8 and later versions.
- Experience providing Drupal website front-end development or theming services to at least three federal government agencies.
- Strong HTML/CSS/SASS/JS skills.
- Expert knowledge in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Expert knowledge in website accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience using the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) or other front-end design systems.
- Applied knowledge in website wireframing, prototyping, user experience design.
- Applied knowledge of website design and front-end best practices.
