Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading tile distributor that is seeking an Overhead Crane/Forklift Operator to join their team in Knightdale. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full-time hours, a fast-paced work environment, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Build and design tile sample boards for shops and showrooms
• Cut, arrange, and glue tile/mosaic pieces to create marketing displays
• Receive, track, organize, and ship samples to vendors and internal branches
• Maintain sample inventory and reorder materials as needed
• Enter data and manage records using LTL Freight software
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes safely per company standards
• Load and unload materials, securing slabs properly for transport
• Inspect incoming and outgoing material for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience required
• Overhead crane experience a plus
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using freight software and basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
