Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Head of PMO (Project Management Office) to drive the successful execution of global programs across multiple business streams, including Sustainability & HSE, Mining Industry Digital Platforms, Industrial Asset Management, Spare Parts Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial Robotics & EMobility, Smart Cities, and Digital Business Services.
This strategic leadership role will focus on portfolio alignment, prioritization, governance, and value
realization, ensuring that all programs drive measurable business impact and are aligned with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
x Portfolio Alignment & Prioritization
o Align all programs and projects with business strategy, corporate objectives, and key
initiatives.
o Prioritize projects based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and business impact, ensuring optimal
resource utilization.
o Leverage balanced scorecards, strategic roadmaps, and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to
track portfolio performance and ensure business alignment.
x Project Delivery & Execution
o Own end-to-end project delivery and ensure successful execution across all programs.
o Manage resource allocation effectively, balancing workloads across multiple initiatives to
prevent bottlenecks.
o Establish standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks under AWS
and industry best practices.
o Oversee project escalations and risk mitigation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
x Value Realization & Benefits Tracking
o Define and track KPIs and business metrics to measure project success.
o Ensure all initiatives drive measurable value, such as cost savings, revenue growth, and
operational efficiency.
o Implement robust performance tracking mechanisms to continuously evaluate and optimize
project outcomes.
x Executive Decision Support
o Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
o Facilitate investment discussions, presenting ROI analysis and strategic recommendations.
o Develop executive dashboards and reporting structures to ensure transparency and
accountability.
x PMO Leadership & Governance
o Establish a best-in-class PMO, driving standardized governance, risk management, and
execution excellence across all streams.
o Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring consistency in
methodologies, reporting, and compliance.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the PMO.
x Team Leadership & Development
o Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing PMO team, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
o Provide guidance on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, selecting the best approach
for each project.
o Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.

Qualifications:
x 25+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading a PMO in a senior
leadership role.
x Proven expertise in portfolio management, program prioritization, and value-driven execution.
x Extensive experience managing large-scale programs in collaboration with multiple vendors and

x Strong background in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
x Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
x Deep expertise in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and executive decision support.
x Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.
x Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS Certified Project Manager.
