Job Description

Brief Description
The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team with an emphasis on full-cycle recruitment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate candidate sourcing, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the HR Associate will assist with general HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and HRIS maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a professional services firm, particularly accounting or finance, is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for both professional and administrative roles across the firm
Partner with department heads to define role requirements and develop job descriptions
Post jobs to internal and external job boards, professional networks, and university portals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and accounting organizations for campus recruiting and internship programs
Assist with employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Assist with onboarding processes including new hire documentation, orientation, and system setup
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
