Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Building Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Promote a thriving workplace by resolving employee concerns and fostering open dialogue.
  • Launch and support engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Advise on performance management and assist in resolving conflicts.

Managing HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Keep HR records precise and ensure policies meet regulatory standards.
  • Oversee training regimes, update handbooks, and lead anti-harassment education.
  • Enhance HRIS functionality for data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Craft clear internal communications aligning with corporate goals.

Overseeing Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment cycle, enriching the hiring process.
  • Process offers, execute background checks, and synchronize new hire orientations.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for all new employees.

Driving Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Engage in projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Constantly scout for ways to refine HR processes and employee journeys.

Who You Are:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years in HR experience across different functions
  • Exceptional in problem-solving, communication, and detail orientation
  • Discreet in handling sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Driven to excel and eager to make continuous improvements
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certified professionals are preferred
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is advantageous
