Description: Support R&D budget development, analysis, reporting, information management.


Responsibilities include:

• Monthly data processing (Expense and Workload)
• Clean up data and enter into company systems after budget authorization Coordinate meetings with other organizations and executives
• Prepare and distribute documents (Power Point, Meeting Notes, Emails to BU managements)
• Save official documents in designated place Other Data Management Support

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• MS Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint intermediate skill.
• Experience with SAP i.e Reporting Analytics / BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently.

Desired Qualifications: Teams/SharePoint: Maintaining workspaces, files/folders, permissions.

• 12-month contract
