Job Title: Legal Secretary

Location: Orange, CA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Salary: $75k-$95k/yr

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to the legal team and assist with day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in case preparation, including drafting and proofreading legal documents
• Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and court appearances
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Answer phone calls and communicate with clients and other professionals in a clear and professional manner
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and arranging for witnesses
• Maintain client files, including organizing documents and maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a defense firm
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management
• Experience with CA litigation and court procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
