Location & Work Environment
San Diego-based candidates: Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite at our headquarters.
Remote candidates: Primarily work-from-home with occasional visits to regional offices or client sites.
Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 (based on experience).

What You'll Do
Design & Web Strategy
Develop visually compelling, user-friendly web experiences.
Stay up to date on web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies.
Ensure all digital designs are ADA-compliant and optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance.
Assist account teams and clients with creative brief development.
Maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all platforms.
Meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Creative Content Development
Design and develop website mockups, wireframes, and final layouts.
Manage and update website content to align with branding and accessibility standards.
Create graphics, animations, motion graphics, and videos for digital platforms.
Use software like Adobe After Effects to produce engaging motion graphics.
Support the video production process from planning to editing and final delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and account teams to optimize videos for social media, websites, and presentations.
Tools & Skills You'll Need
Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow.
Basic coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of: ADA compliance, California Consumer Privacy Act, and GDPR regulations for digital content.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in web design, multimedia graphics, or video production.
Experience with social media, digital advertising, and multimedia design.
Preferred: Experience with video production and shooting.
