**Job Description** + Partner with internal and external project teams to strategize solution enhancements and drive solution implementation strategies + Manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes + Accountable for external client relationship + Act as an escalation point for client and project risks + Design content for solution training collateral + Assist internal and external teams with complex solution configuration, testing, and troubleshooting + Identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns + Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects + **Work hours will be CST/EST time zones to support current client requirements** Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** Basic Qualifications + At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: + At least 2 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience. + At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience + Project Management Professional (PMP) + Experience with Electronic Health Records + Experience working with Federal clients Expectations + Willing to travel up to 20% of the time + Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations + Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position + Perform other responsibilities as assigned **NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
