Staff Management Group is seeking an Order Picker for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour 

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Order Picker to support warehouse operations by accurately preparing shipments and safely operating various types of forklifts. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate all required forklift types (including sit-down, stand-up, reach, or order picker) to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Accurately pick and stage orders based on pick lists or digital systems to ensure timely and correct shipment preparation.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure all machinery is in safe working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support overall warehouse safety and efficiency.
• Label, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and basic product verification when needed.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed, such as receiving or returns processing.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity.
• Report damaged goods or operational concerns promptly.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Must be forklift certified with at least 3 years of experience operating various forklifts.
• Must be E-Verify eligible and able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and dependable attendance record.
