Home Buying Specialist (Outside Sales) 

Location: Springfield, VA |  Territory: DC & Baltimore metro areas  

Compensation: $100 k – $200 k potential earnings

What You’ll Do  

• Drive to appointments across the DC and Baltimore metros.  
• Meet pre-qualified sellers. Limited cold-calling—most homeowners have already reached out. 
• Evaluate properties. Conduct walk-throughs and estimate repairs with our step-by-step tools.
• Present & negotiate offers. Craft solutions that create value for both seller and company.  
• Manage your pipeline. Log every conversation and follow-up in our CRM.  
• Network relentlessly. Attend community events, REI meet-ups , and industry trade shows.  
• Weekend availability. Work at least two weekends each month to meet seller demand.  

What You Bring  

• 3–5 years of quota-carrying outside sales (real estate, home services, B2C, etc.). 
• Proven rapport-building and closing skills . 
• Familiarity with any modern CRM ( we’ll train you on ours).  
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license —this is a mobile, face-to-face role.  
• Competitive, self-driven mindset and impeccable follow-through .  

✅ Bonus Points  

• Background in real-estate acquisitions, solar, pest control, roofing, insurance, or home-improvement sales. 
• Bachelor’s degree or professional sales training.
