Think: hyperpigmentation, melasma, ingrowns, and dark circles. This segment of the population has traditionally been ignored but it represents almost 40% of the multibillion dollar industry. We are founded by two Harvard graduates and our products are created with Harvard Medical School doctors of color. We are funded and looking to grow our team. We are launching in Sephora in July, and just raised a $3M Seed fundraising round. We also have an A-list celebrity joining our team shortly as an investor and Brand Ambassador - it's truly an exciting time!

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer with a deep understanding of Meta Ads to drive growth for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands . You should have a proven track record of optimizing ad performance, improving key metrics, and scaling campaigns profitably . Agency experience is a plus, but hands-on expertise in Meta’s advertising ecosystem is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for CPG brands to maximize ROAS and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights to continuously improve ad performance and key metrics .
• Implement and test different strategies, creatives, and audience segments to drive conversions.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure compelling and high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay up to date with Meta’s latest advertising tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Provide detailed reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads for CPG brands.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to demonstrate clear improvements in ad performance metrics from past campaigns.
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be available to work PST hours, with 1-4 PM PST non-negotiable.
