Job Description
**Overview**
This core position is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients, establishing outcomes-centered plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode to ensure timely, progressive and high valued care for those we serve. The successful Physical Therapist operates at the top of their license, appropriately leveraging and delegating care amongst the clinic care team, driving towards consistent and predictably positive outcomes for our patients. Focus in this role is understanding and integrating ATI's Care Model into standard practice, leveraging available tools and resources to guide and optimize care plans and patient outcomes/experience. The successful Physical Therapist will also be providing support to the clinic/district through education and mentorship.
**Responsibilities**
* Performs evaluations and establishes a goal-based plan of care
* Implements regular objective reassessment points to track progress towards goal achievement and/or adjusts goals based on patients' recovery trajectory
* Establishes care plans aligned to ATI Best Practice guidelines, to achieve predictable and positive outcomes
* Manages his/her Caseload effectively, across the spectrum of each patient's plan of care
* Effectively delegates treatment among the clinical care team
* Develops and runs 2 in-clinic in-services annually, based on a topic area approved with the Clinic/District Director and directly applicable to local clinic/district needs.
* Regularly assists Clinic/District Director with onboarding support staff within the clinic
* Actively assists Clinic Director in development of and proper delegation to ancillary staff to deliver ATI's team-based care model (e.g. PTA, OSS, MS SC, etc)
* Able to relocate to a high need market multiple times within the year
* Able to quickly build rapport with clinical team to allow for meeting full clinical productivity by week 4 of first assignment.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Education**
**Required:**
* Minimum Bachelors of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
**Preferred:**

**Minimum Experience**
**Required:**
* Must have 6 months of travel experience or 1 year of experience in outpatient ortho setting
**Preferred:**
* At least 1-3 years experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient setting

* Designs and structures treatment plans to enable best possible patient outcomes, leveraging tools, resources and care team personnel effectively
* Delegates care amongst the care-team effectively based on case complexity classification to enable all members of the care team to practice at the top of their license
* Ability to effectively manage a care episode across a caseload of patients
* Ability to set objective and achievable goals
* Demonstrates best practices with patient schedule management
* Flexible and adaptable to appropriately service patient needs and contribute to positive experience and outcomes
* Leverages ATI's internal resources and external information/research to develop in-service content
* Completes work tasks in a timely and accurate manner
* Operates with integrity - ensures work contributes positively to ATI's standards and practices, all within Compliance guidelines
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Basic presentation skills
* Coaching mindset - to share professional experiences that guide other team members
* Team player across the clinic and district
**Licenses and Certifications**

* Licensed PT in-state, or candidate for licensure in-state
