Responsibilities:

• Manage Operations: Oversee daily plant operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Analyze and Improve: Monitor metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Work with quality assurance to maintain high standards and resolve issues.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and mitigate hazards.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train technicians and engineers.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience managing a plating/metal finishing shop.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management systems.
• CEF and/or CAF certification preferred; NADCAP experience is a plus.
• Strong auditing and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to commute between plant locations.
• Physically able to walk, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 45 lbs.
