We are currently seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic and ensure that we deliver exceptional care efficiently and effectively.

 

Job Overview:

 

As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our medical practice, including financial management, staff supervision, policy implementation, and patient satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining an organized and professional environment where our staff can provide the highest level of care.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and provide superior patient services.
  • Handle patient billing, coding, and claims processing; oversee the collection of fees and co-payments.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards.
  • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through improved service delivery and quick resolution of patient concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
  • Implement new technologies and systems to improve patient care and administrative processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and strategic growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar managerial role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and healthcare providers.
  • Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and office software.
