We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate closing assistant to join our team in our law firm located on Marco Island. The successful candidate will assist the attorney in managing all aspects of real estate closings and related transactions, including title examinations and the preparation of title insurance policies.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review closing documents for residential closings, including deeds, bills of sale, affidavits, settlement statements, and loan documents.
• Order title and lien searches and obtain association estoppels and mortgage estoppels
• Prepare and review title commitments to identify and resolve title issues.
• Prepare title objection letters.
• Complete title insurance policies.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the closing process.
• Manage closing schedules and deadlines to ensure smooth transactions.
• Organize and maintain real estate transaction files and documentation.
• Conduct closings and explain closing documents and loan packages

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate closings and title insurance preparation
• Knowledge of closing procedures.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
