Salary: $25-$40 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Full Time – 9:00am to 5:30pm

Position Overview: Gregor Industries is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various construction-related positions. This role will involve full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring processes, ensuring the company meets its staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Do:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings, source candidates, and build a strong candidate pipeline for construction roles.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and fit.
• Hiring Process: Coordinate with hiring managers, extend offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding activities.
• Employer Branding & Networking: Attend job fairs and industry events to attract top talent.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (certifications preferred).
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job board platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry roles and staffing needs.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
