Remote Sports Data/Marketing Internship at Realplay

About Realplay: Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles to help players improve their game, share highlights easily, and preserve memories.

Job Description: As a member of our Sports Operations Team, you will gain hands-on experience in sports media, social media marketing, sports video operations and data collection. Our Remote Sports Data/Marketing Interns will be tasked with the following:

• Score pre-recorded games remotely using Realplay’s software
• Learn to operate Realplay’s professional sports video system in a remote environment
• Create content for social media channels
• Work directly with management to execute strategic objectives and various projects
• Participate in remote professional advancement exercises
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve common goals
• Contribute to product development and innovation through remote collaboration

Requirements:

• Excellent professional communication skills
• Strong understanding of baseball/softball
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
• Comfortable working with new technology
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is a plus
• Experience creating content for social media is a plus

Additional Information: This is an unpaid internship available for school credit. Please check with your school's Internship Coordinator before accepting the position to ensure it meets the criteria for receiving academic credit.
