ROLE IMPACT
This role supports operational compliance and family communication by maintaining accurate records and processing education-related documentation. Success is defined by accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to privacy protocols in support of children’s educational services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform data entry and verification of student records using Microsoft Excel
• Review and quality-check documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Respond to parent inquiries and provide account information with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with privacy and recordkeeping standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date student information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative processing
• Prior work involving compliance protocols (e.g., financial, healthcare, insurance)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy
• Customer service experience, ideally in regulated or sensitive environments
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel
• Outlook or equivalent email platform
• Data management systems (CRM or SIS platforms a plus)
• Document scanning or workflow platforms
• Internal recordkeeping and compliance tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in the education industry or private school settings
• Bilingual fluency
• Familiarity with FERPA, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks
