Job Description

We’re a small, professional cleaning company looking to partner with a reliable and detail-oriented 1099 Cleaning Contractor for regularly occurring cleanings in Northern Virginia. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexible scheduling, consistent work, and the freedom of being their own boss, while working with a team that respects and supports contractors. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality residential and/or small commercial cleanings
• Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and office spaces to company standards
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
• Bring a positive attitude and reliable service to every job

Requirements:

• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Physical ability to clean (lift 20–25 lbs, stand for extended periods)
