Job Title: Sales Engineer (Direct hire)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite per week)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-performance rubber seal gaskets, O-rings, and sealing solutions for industries including oil and gas, defense, and aerospace. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to help drive new business development and strengthen customer relationships.
Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in expanding our client's customer base by leading outbound and inbound sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of scalable sales processes. This individual will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through post-production follow-up, while representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound outreach, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
Conduct account management activities, including post-production follow-ups and ongoing customer support.
Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient, repeatable sales processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams.
Travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills with demonstrated success in lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (1–2 days per week onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
