Salesforce Conga Administrator Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Conga Administrator with expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to manage and enhance document generation, contract lifecycle management, and renewal processes. This role is integral to streamlining sales operations, ensuring accurate and efficient contract renewals, and supporting the overall Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of Conga tools, Salesforce CPQ, and contract workflows, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and Conga applications, including Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, and Conga Orchestrate
• Develop and maintain document generation processes and templates to support quoting, proposals, and contracts
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless Salesforce-Conga integration
• Oversee the configuration and management of Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing, discounts, and approvals
• Design and implement automated workflows for contract renewals, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Conga tools
• Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of contract renewal opportunities and revenue

Requirements

• Experience with contract lifecycle management, including renewals and amendments
• Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Process Builder
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
