Position Description
- Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
- Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations.
- Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.
Key Required Skills:
- Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
- Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
- 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Desired Skills:
• Required ServiceNow required certification:
- Certified System Administrator (baseline)
- Certified Application Developer (baseline)
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:
- CIS – Customer Service Management
- CIS – IT Service Management
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management
- CIS – Application Portfolio Management
- CIS – Software Asset Management
- CIS – Hardware Asset Management
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
- Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
- Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
- Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
- Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR
- Project Management or Agile certification
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification
- Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
