Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and door to door prospecting.
  • Conduct in-home solar consultations and provide tailored solutions to potential customers.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions they may have.
  • Prepare and present proposals for solar energy systems to residential clients.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating value and addressing customer concerns.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry.
  • A basic understanding of solar energy products and benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
