About the Role: We are currently hiring for a full-time position where you'll work with elementary students in Arizona school districts. You'll be responsible for providing both direct and indirect services, teaching, and conducting evaluations to support students with special needs. What You'll Do:

Provide teletherapy services to elementary students
Deliver engaging and effective teaching and evaluations
Collaborate with school staff to ensure students' success
Balance direct instruction with indirect services as needed

Elementary student caseload (more details will be provided before the interview)
What We're Looking For:

Certification: You must have a valid Special Education Certification for the state of Arizona.
Education: A degree in Special Education is required.
Experience: At least two years of experience in special education is required. Virtual teaching experience is a plus!
Skills: Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment and willing to embrace innovative approaches to teaching.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099)
Successful completion of a basic technology screening
Must be able to obtain professional liability insurance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 43,000.00 57,000.00 Per Year
