Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard
Pay range: $17-19 an hour
Location : Site in Costa Mesa
Employment Type :  Full-Time and Part Time Available
Schedule : Mon-Sun 7:30am – 4:00 pm

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. We are hiring the same shift for all seven days (will be split between two employees). One employee will be full time, and the other will be part time with the opportunity to pick up extra hours in different shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, monitoring access, and responding to any security-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct security checks and patrols within the building.
  • Monitor security cameras and alarms.
  • Ensure that all doors, windows, and gates are secured.
  • Respond promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.
  • Assist with access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incidents, activities, and observations.
  • Foot patrol and vehicle patrol

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently and follow established protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
