Role Description
Responsibilities
Assisting with capital raising from relevant industry sectors and geographic markets depending upon the market of interest.
Identifying acquisition targets from fintech, medtech, AI and B2B SaaS market players.
Tap into resources or past contacts to assist with financing and alternative methods of capital support based on specific industries.
Introduce the firm to other VC firms, recommend syndication options to build momentum for capital raising.
Due Diligence
The firm reviews one company per month for potential investment.
Two pitch calls are scheduled monthly, with Venture Partners having the option to invest via an SPV.
Interested parties follow the company to the finance committee where partnerships and early exit plans are developed.
