Job Description

We are looking for a Flexible Virtual Support Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and highly responsive, with a strong ability to multitask and provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional customer service via email, chat, and/or phone.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, data entry, document preparation, and report updates.
Manage support tickets, follow up on pending issues, and ensure resolutions are completed efficiently.
Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain and update client or company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Prepare and organize digital files and correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to improve support systems and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
Proficient with online tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
Work Schedule
Flexible hours — ability to manage your own schedule while meeting deadlines and team needs.
Part-time or full-time availability (to be discussed based on workload).
