Carriere HVAC-Electric Inc . is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant (Entry Level ). This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and support our team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team through tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management.
2. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
3. Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
4. Prepare and update reports, presentations, and other documents.
5. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
6. Assist in maintaining communication and coordination between team members.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
