My name is Josh Mininger, I own Bengal Automotive. I am in need of some good techs in a big way (I am hiring two immediately). You have seen all the job adds out there and you have interviewed at many places and had lots of promises. But what I want to do here is I want to ask you what you need and want, and maybe we might have a possibility of being a match made in car heaven. Ha.\

I work on Euros (BMW, Audi, Mercedes) as well as Japanese imports and American cars. So a LOT of variety. I need someone who can properly diagnose and repair vehicles right the first time, and who can take responsibility for their jobs to get the products out of our shop that we want.\
\
My wife and I own the business and we are creating a team of reliable people who want to be with us for YEARS. The possibility is open for the right person to eventually MANAGE the shop, and earn an even better living eventually.\
\
What would it take for you to consider joining our team? By this I mean, how much do you need to make, what are you looking for in a place that is important to you? I realize you might want to talk with me and all of that of course first, but I want to see if what you are looking for might be compatible with what I am needing going forward.
